DeviceAI Privacy Policy

DeviceAI does not sell personal data and does not track you across apps or websites.

1. Who We Are

DeviceAI is provided by Neural Automate ("Neural Automate", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the DeviceAI mobile application (the "App").

2. Information We Do Not Collect

DeviceAI is built to work without an account and without cloud AI processing. We do not collect, receive, or store the following on our servers:

• Your chat prompts, messages, or AI responses.
• Your conversation history.
• Images, photos, files, or documents you choose to use in the App.
• Voice input or recognized speech text.
• Your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or location.
• Advertising identifiers or tracking identifiers.
• Analytics, behavioral profiles, or usage tracking data.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App may store the following information locally on your device so that the App can function:

• Conversation data: chats, prompts, responses, timestamps, and related local metadata.
• App settings: preferences such as theme, generation settings, model settings, and system prompt settings.
• Downloaded models: AI model files downloaded to your device for local inference.
• Imported content: documents, document indexes, image references, or file paths you choose to use with the App.

This local data remains on your device. Deleting the App from your device will generally remove the App's locally stored data. You may also use in-app controls, where available, to clear chat history, delete downloaded models, or remove local content.

4. Network Use

DeviceAI may use the internet for limited purposes:

• Model downloads: when you choose to download a local AI model, the App downloads that model from the model host shown in the App, such as Hugging Face or another model provider.
• Connectivity checks: the App may check network availability to decide whether model downloads can proceed.

We do not send your prompts, conversations, imported documents, images, or AI responses to Neural Automate servers for AI processing. Third-party model hosts may receive ordinary technical information required to complete a download request, such as your IP address and request headers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

5. Camera, Photo Library, Files, Microphone, and Speech

DeviceAI may request device permissions only when needed for features you choose to use:

• Camera or photo library: used to attach an image for local model analysis.
• Files or documents: used to import files you select for local processing.
• Microphone and speech recognition: used for voice input. The App requests on-device speech recognition where supported.

These permissions are optional. Content selected through these permissions is used for the feature you requested and is not uploaded to our servers.

6. Purchases

If DeviceAI is offered as a paid App Store download, purchases and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details or App Store account password.

7. Third-Party Services and Model Providers

DeviceAI does not include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. The App may interact with third-party model hosts when you choose to download model files. You should review the privacy policies and license terms of any third-party model provider shown in the App.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for advertising or tracking. Because we do not collect your chat content, documents, images, or AI responses on our servers, we cannot share that content from our servers.

9. Data Security

Your local data is protected by your device's security features, such as your passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, and device encryption. You are responsible for keeping your device and operating system secure and up to date.

10. Children's Privacy

DeviceAI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

11. International Users

Because DeviceAI is designed to keep AI content local on your device, we do not intentionally transfer your prompts, conversations, imported files, images, or AI responses to Neural Automate servers. Model downloads may connect to third-party hosts that may process download request data in other regions.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated policy.
