DeviceAI Terms and Support
Short version: DeviceAI is a paid mobile app for running local AI models on your device. Your use of DeviceAI is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless Neural Automate provides a separate custom license agreement in App Store Connect. These Terms explain additional app-specific rules, support information, and important disclaimers.

When contacting support, please include your device model, iOS version, DeviceAI app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send private chats, documents, images, or sensitive personal information unless you intentionally choose to share them for support.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the DeviceAI mobile application (the "App"), provided by Neural Automate ("Neural Automate", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Apple Standard EULA
DeviceAI is distributed through the Apple App Store. Unless Neural Automate provides a separate custom license agreement through App Store Connect, your licensed use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"). These Terms are intended to supplement the Apple Standard EULA for DeviceAI-specific matters. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls where required by Apple or applicable App Store rules.
3. Paid App Purchase
DeviceAI may be offered as a one-time paid App Store download. Purchases, taxes, billing, refunds, and App Store account matters are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store terms and policies. Neural Automate does not receive your payment card details.
4. What DeviceAI Does
DeviceAI lets you download and run compatible local AI models on your device. The App may support local chat, local document use, local image-related workflows, voice input, model library management, and model settings, depending on your device and the models you choose to use.
5. Local Models and Third-Party Content
DeviceAI may allow you to download or import AI model files, model projectors, documents, or other files. Some models or files may be provided by third parties and may be subject to their own licenses, restrictions, or acceptable use terms.
- You are responsible for complying with the license terms of any third-party model or file you download, import, or use.
- Model availability, size, performance, and output quality may vary.
- Some models may require significant device storage, memory, or processing power.
- Some models may be unsuitable for certain tasks or devices.
6. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI output before relying on it.
Do not rely on DeviceAI as a sole source for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, emergency, or other high-stakes decisions.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree not to use DeviceAI to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Create, store, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or exploitative content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App except where allowed by law.
- Misrepresent AI-generated output as verified professional advice.

9. No Account and Local Data
DeviceAI is designed to work without a Neural Automate account. Your chats, settings, downloaded models, and selected local files may be stored on your device. You are responsible for securing your device and backing up any content you want to keep.
10. Updates and Changes
We may update DeviceAI to improve functionality, compatibility, security, or design. We may also change, add, or remove model listings, features, or settings. Some updates may require a newer iOS version or newer device capabilities.
11. Availability and Compatibility
DeviceAI performance depends on your device, operating system, available memory, available storage, selected model, and model settings. We do not guarantee that every model will run on every supported device.
12. No Warranty
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, DeviceAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Neural Automate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, device issues, model output errors, or reliance on AI-generated output. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
14. Termination
You may stop using DeviceAI at any time and delete the App from your device. We may suspend or discontinue support for versions of the App where necessary for security, compatibility, legal, or operational reasons.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
